I am focusing on living networks, in the sense of Alfred Whitehead, biological
and others. I see networks composed of feedback loops.

Where  would  the  central  control  instance  be,     the   "Reset Button" ? 

When  and  for what  purpose  would a system reset  be necessary  or sensible?
